How long will it take to receive my order?

 • We offer 3 options at checkout: Pickup is FREE, Local Delivery ($9.50) and Standard Shipping ($14.25)
 • Products with specific fulfilment profiles are subject to different time frames and costs (order accordingly)

Can I customize my order?

• Yes, you can most definitely customize your order.
 • As of now we offer custom BodyBAUMES, After Glow Body Oils, Fragrance Roll-Ons and Whipped Bliss Scrubs.
 • You can select from a list of scents that are not currently available or make a request in-person at a market/pop up (details here)(https://www.essensebyaura.com/essense-bulletin).
 • You can make a change of ingredients (due to allergies or personal preference)
 • However, ingredients can only be modified if approved prior to or discussed immediately after purchase (we cannot guarantee having the ingredient you prefer on site)
