Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Essense By Aura. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide you with high-quality body care and aromatherapy products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Opened or used body care products (e.g., scrubs, oils, balms)

  • Essential oils or aromatherapy blends

  • Bath products (e.g., dry body brush, pumice stones)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at aura.essense@outlook.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to damage or error, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s completed.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and can no longer cancel or modify the order.

 

If a product is not to your personal preference (e.g., scent or texture) but is still in good condition, we kindly encourage you to gift it to a friend or donate it to a local shelter or community organization. Your generosity can help brighten someone else's day.
